At Sutra, all items are sold on a pre-order basis, meaning each piece is made to order to reduce waste and ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks (2 months) from the end of the pre-order window for your order to be produced and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on demand, production delays, or external factors, but we’ll always aim to keep you updated throughout the process. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or text. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, while international orders can take 5–14 working days depending on your location. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines, and understand that items will not ship immediately. Refunds will not be issued due to production or delivery delays within this 2-month window. We appreciate your patience and support as we build something meaningful together.
